I reached out via the website chat to check the availability of my size, and the online team was quick to respond, super helpful, and even arranged a stock transfer from another outlet—completely hassle-free. On top of that, the staff at the Jem outlet were efficient and proactive when I went down to collect the item. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The young lady (smaller girl) who assisted me at City Link was patient, kind, and friendly. She never pressured me to buy but instead shared helpful facts about the shoe, as it was slightly big for me. While I was contemplating, she gave me the space to decide, and I ended up returning the next day to purchase it. Throughout the process, she was genuinely helpful and patient, which I truly appreciated. Plus, it was my first time trying Pretty Fit, and thanks to her great service, I’ll definitely be back!

I got it in black, extremely suitable for office lady vibe, it was not too high but mid heel length. May be loose, so shops assistants were kind to punch hole to adjust for tighter strap. The front will be a bit tight after wearing a full day. Good quality, worth it for price.
Pretty and comfortable, the heels give an elegant gait! You won't regret getting this:)
